Hacks/Hackers opens group in Cuba
Hi, hacks and hackers. Let's give a friendly welcome to Hacks/Hackers Havana (a.k.a. Periodistas y programadores de Habana), which just opened up shop in Cuba. Organizer and founder Barbara Maseda said they had higher than expected attendance for their first event.

Also, the global planning call, which is usually held the first Wednesday of the month, is postponed, for those celebrating the U.S. independence day. July's call will be held Wednesday the 12th.
