It's already March, hacks and hackers, and that means conferences and events are picking back up again. This week, London is hosting three digital journalism convenings alone: Newsrewired, the Changing Media Summit, and Digital Media Strategies.

- Facebook just announced its Local News Subscriptions Accelerator and went public with its Job Postings feature, trying to make these communications easier for smaller companies (Axios, TechCrunch)
- Participants in Twitter subcultures, like Black Twitter or Feminist Twitter, largely disapprove of the media using their tweets in stories, according to a recent report by the Knight Foundation (Knight Foundation)
- Google AMP's latest release, AMP Stories, tries to borrow the popular "Stories" format of Snapchat and Instagram for mobile journalism (NiemanLab)
